A new tool for you to use along side Craigslist for finding Deals
Apr 9th, 2008 | By admin | Category: ResourcesI often come across sites that I bookmark as being useful in my Real Estate Investing. Some of these sites I love and use on a daily basis and others are nice, but don’t give me what I am really looking for.
Craigslist is one of the tools that I use on a regular basis to search for motivated sellers. If you haven’t tried this yet you may want to take a peak. I did however come across a new tool today that I can use with Craigslist – it is Housing Maps
Here’s a quick screen shot of what the site’s home page looks like.
HousingMaps integrates Google Maps with Craigslist and picks up the real estate listings on Craigslist … and maps them for you….making it easy to search.
You then just click on one of the listed cities that you want to find listings in and click. It doesn’t list all cities but it does grab about 40 top ones.
HousingMaps doesn’t provide a lot of detail, but it is a nice quick way to grab some of the listings from
in the areas you are interested in.
