Negotiation skills are very important to a Real Estate Investor

If you have been investing in Real Estate for a while, or if you are just getting started one skill that you want to make sure you are good at is negotiation.
This is a skill you will use on a daily basis in life and very much so in your Real Estate investing. It is something that you will need to learn to master and be really skilled at on all levels. You will use it when you are meeting with sellers, working with agents, working with the bank and with your buyers as well.
