I am sure that if you have been around Real Estate investing for any period of time you have heard of Lease Optitions – aka – Rent-2-Own and many of you may have used this strategy for filling your properties. This is one of my favorite strategies for filling properties and one I use often.
In Vallejo it is also a strategy that Caroline Hegarty is using very successfully. Caroline trys to serve as many people as possible and works on matching investors who have affordable properties with people who want to buy rent-2-own. Caroline has put together 16 deals so far where she has matched a buyer needing rent-2-own to a property.
Caroline is truly using this strategy to create success for everyone.
