The buyers are back

Over the past several weeks I have started to see some very positive changes in the Real Estate market that can allow many investors to get back in the game if you have gotten out and re-establish yourself.

For a long time I have heard several investors say, where are the buyers I can’t find the buyers and that is why I am not doing any deals right now…. but if you have been keeping a pulse on the market you should be seeing some signs that this is changing and the buyers are coming back.

In Denver we are seeing a drop in the amount of inventory or properties available, in fact in some locations the inventory is at levels that were there in 2005 – 2006.  Another positive sign that the buyers are back is the number of days on the market – this is drecreasing and in many areas there are starting to be multiple offer situations occuring.

A Realator friend of mine last week told me of the agent in his office that had over 30 overs for one of his listings

To me this indicates that the buyers maybe coming back.

So if you have been out of the game for a while it is time to start thinking about getting back into it.
