One topic that seems to be very popular with Real Estate Investors and Business Owners in general is Time Management and Productivity.

Over the last several years I feel that I have gotten a lot better about managing my time and being more productive, however this is something that I am always trying to improve on and sometimes I slip up and spend too much time on tasks that don’t move me closer to my goals.

Here are a few tools that I have found that appear to be useful for keeping you on track with time management and productivity:

Rescue Time – this is a handy tool to see how you are spending your time and to get you back on track if you stray from your productive tasks

Viral!st is a tool that utilizes the book Getting Things Done – it appears to be very comprehensive

ToDoist is another online to do list tool

Online Stopwatch Chronometer – this is a great simple tool to track how much time you spend on a task

Toggl – is another great looking tool to track your time

I stumbled upon this chart today that shows that housing prices are on the rise in the Detroit Michigan area. I found this to be interesting, especially since I have done some investing in Michigan over the last couple of years, however not in the Detroit area.
